Apple ice cream by Ikrame & Alberto

RECIPE  NAME : Apple ice-cream

Preparation time :1h 30’            Cook time :0
 Ingredients :             Cooking utensils                                         
-3 eggs - small can of                             - whisk
- Mint leaves crushed apple for             -  two small  bowls                 450ml milk                                                                                                -175g caster sugar                                                       -  frying  pan
 - 400ml milk                                           -  wooden spatula
 - Whipped cream.
Instructions :        
    1.     Mix the eggs, milk and sugar together with a whisk.   
  1. Heat the mixture gently and stir it,  beat it with a whisk and leave in to cool. 
  2. Pour the whipped cream into the mixture, stirring it gently.
  3. Add the crushed apple and stir gently.
  4. Pour the mixture into a plastic box, and freeze it for at least four hours. Decorate it with mint leaves.
