Chinese moon cake by Jon & Ixone


RECIPE  NAME : Chinese moon cake
Preparation time :50         Cook time :30  

Ingredients :                 
-¼ sugar cup    -1cup flour
- 2 eggs yolks    -1 cup strawberry jam       
-1/2 cup butter
-1/2 teaspoon salt      
    
Cooking utensils :             
-Oven           - Wooden  spoon
-Bowl            - Plastic wrap
          - Oven tray.
Instructions : 
1- Preheat the oven to 190 C.
2- Grease an oven tray.
3- Place the butter, sugar and 1 egg yolk in a large mixing bowl with a wooden spoon.
4- Mix in the flour
5- Make a dough ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
6-Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
7- Make small balls.
8- Beat the eggs.
9- Place the cakes on a oven tray.
10- Bake for 20 minutes.
How many servings ?      4 people
