Omelette with iberian jam by Enaitz-Itxasne H.

Preparation time :  5min                 Cook time :  2 min

Ingredients :                 Cooking utensils :                                         
2 eggs                              frying pan
 Iberian jam                     oven hob
       Instructionsgs in the frying pan and pour the Iberian ja :         
1.First,pour two eg m
2.Then, mix the Iberian jam and the eggs.
3.Then,put the frying pan in the over hob and wait 1min and turn and pour in the frying pan.
4.At finish, pour in the dish and eat!
                                                    
How many servings ?     For two people.
